Monocouche is a factory-batched, through-coloured render applied in a single coat build. It gives a smart, uniform finish with the colour running all the way through, so it needs very little upkeep once it is on.

What is included

We set out the property, fit stainless or render beads, then apply and rule off the monocouche before scraping it back to a consistent finish.
